The Correct Spraying Program Combined With The Correct Sprayer To Spray Chemicals And The Results Will Follow

Macadamia Sprayer

Spraying Orchards with a low kw tractor are now possible with the StanSaPro Double Oscillating Macadamia Sprayer.

The Comet IDS 2600 260L/PM  50 Bar piston diaphragm pump or the Bertolini CK270 270L/Pm 70 Bar piston pump is fitted on the Pattented Steering Drawbar. The Steering Drawbar feature is unique to the StanSaPro Sprayer and the purpose is to always keep the pto shaft inline with the pump preventing damage when turning. The Sprayer will always trail in the wheel track of the tractor, therefore the operator will not damage the sprayer when turning.

Electronic Solenoid valves are a standard feature on the StanSaPro Macadamia Sprayer. This feature allows the operator to switch the water on and off, left and right from the cab of the tractor. The pto can stay engaged at all times while spraying.

The Spray Tower consists of three sections namely top, middle and bottom.Valves are fitted to shut off the middle and top sections of the spray tower. This feature allows the spraying of smaller trees.

Sprayers are fitted with a self hydraulic drive system for the double oscillation of the spray tower as well as the tower lift feature. The self hydraulic drive system consists of its own oil tank with oil therefore it is not necessary to use the hydraulic ports of the tractor.

Quick couplers with ballvalves are fitted on the sprayer for easy filling om chemicals. There is no need to leave the orchard with the sprayer to refill if a mixing tank is used.

The sprayer is adequate to Euro Gap requirements and has a 200 liter clean water tank. The purpose of the clean water tank on the sprayer is to flush the system of chemicals to prolong the lifespan of the pump, pipes and and overall the sprayer.

The inside of the chemical tank is fitted with a 380° rotary washer to thoroughly rinse the tank of chemicals.

The boom extension  lifts up and down using a hydraulic cylinder. The cylinder is connected to the Self Hydraulic Drive System.

The three way valve switches between Oscillate and Tower lift using the Self Hydraulic Drive System.

The Hydraulic lever is used to lift and lower the tower extension using the Self Hydraulic Drive System.

The Patented Self Leveling Counter Weight system on the spray tower ensures the tower stays inline with the trees at all times should the sprayer  encounter slopes in the Orchard. The Self Leveling Counter Weight System can be locked for orchards with no slopes.

The double oscillation feature is unique to the StanSaPro sprayer and allows chemicals to penetrate more effectively through the trees with a whirl effect. The nozzles used are Venturi Turbo Nozzles which create air, therefore it is not necessary to make use of a fan to distribute chemicals to the trees. This allows to use a smaller tractor minimum 35KW.

The Macadamia tower consists of 40 Venturi Turbo Nozzles. The height of the tower is 5.7 meters from the ground to the top of the tower to ensure adequate height for spraying.

The chassis and frame of the StanSaPro Macadamia sprayer are Hot Dipped Galvanized to prevent rust and corrosion. The StanSaPro Macadamia Sprayers are available in 1000 Liter,1500 Liter,2000 Liter and 3000 Liter.
